Hobbs, Winter & MacDonald has extensive knowledge of Legal / Cadastral Surveying. Legal Surveys are primarily associated with the establishment or re-establishment of real property boundaries. A Land Surveyor is an expert in measurement principles and how to apply boundary law and precedents to define rights and legal boundaries of land. Legal survey plans are prepared under both Provincial and Federal statutes and are registered with the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC or the Canada Lands Registry.
